Our delicious raisin bread recipe with *spelt flour creates a moist and denser bread with wonderful overtones of cinnamon.
*Spelt is an ancient whole grain, similar to wheat. Because spelt has not been over-hybridized and mass-cultivated like modern wheat, its gluten content is different than that of wheat. As such, spelt is an excellent alternative for those with mild-moderate gluten sensitivities.
Ingredients: Organic unbleached white spelt flour, organic stone ground whole spelt flour, raisins, natural spelt sourdough for leavening, unrefined sea salt, cinnamon.
