This is fresh ginger, and a powerful source of nutrition. Slice and steep in hot water with freshly squeezed lemon (including peel) and local honey. Juice it and pour into ice cube trays for quick use later. Shred in stir fry dishes.
Fresh Yellow Ginger is a step up from white ginger in heat and fiber but a step down in growing speed and yield. Due to its stronger flavor yellow ginger is most commonly used for juicing and cooking situations where the stronger flavor is desired.

Storage Tips: Ginger can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks if it is left unpeeled. Stored unpeeled in the freezer, it will keep for up to six months.
