These steaks are a boneless cuts from the rib/loin section.  The meat is tender, especially when slow cooked in tomatoes or broth, but may also be prepared as you would a thick steak. 

As always with Berkshire Organics' selection of meat, it is from local pastured 100% grass-fed cattle, free of antibiotics and hormones.  The nutrition is there right along with the wonderful flavor.

Their grass-fed beef comes from their herd of Hereford cattle grazed on our green pastures in Shelburne Falls, Mass.
