This recipe dates back to our days as restaurateurs in the southwest. Our friends Maria and Edgardo owners of the Veracruz cafe shared some secretsof the Veracruz with us and now we are happy to share them with you! We hand pack these jars with ripe organic tomatoes fresh cilantro lime juice jalapeños onion and a few "secret" herbs to offer you a piece of New England's fall harvest.
