Nova Lox

This is a 4 ounce package of salmon.  A simple dry brine is used in our nova lox. We want the exceptional quality of our salmon to be obvious; a very clean taste and a seductive, silky texture. Skinless, trimmed, and sliced thin for an elegant presentation.

We believe frozen fish, when not left too long before freezing, is a tremendous value!  Not unlike frozen produce, seafood can also be frozen at it's prime to maximize flavor and nutrient density.  The quality, value, and shelf-life of this fish we've brought in for you is advantageous, particularly in these leaner times.

For our inland based habitat and in our current world where microplastics have impacted most aquatic life, including in shellfish living at depths so great to be devoid of light, we feel strongly that eating high quality seafood is far better than not eating it.  The risk:reward significantly favors the consumption of fish.
