A meaty, moist and flavorful favorite with a moderate oil content ideal for grilling, broiling and pan roasting. Each steak is approximately 16 ounces.

For our inland based habitat and in our current world where microplastics have impacted most aquatic life, including in shellfish living at depths so great to be devoid of light, we feel strongly that eating high quality seafood is far better than not eating it.  The risk:reward significantly favors the consumption of fish.
