There is nothing like pure maple syrup from right here in the Berkshires. It puts pancake syrup to shame!

Our exceptional maple syrup comes in four varieties, sourced from Holiday Brook Farm in Dalton. The syrup is chemical free and bottled in glass for optimal health and well-being.  

Maple syrup changes through the season. Early in spring, the syrup is generally clear with a light sweetness. As the season progresses, it gets darker and more caramelized. The finished products are classified by color and taste.

Golden Maple Syrup - Delicate Taste

This early-season maple syrup has a mild flavor perfect for pairing with oatmeal or topping ice cream or yogurt.

Amber Maple Syrup - Rich Taste

Mid-season maple syrup has an amazing amber color and rich maple flavor that is ideal for baking, sweetening tea or coffee, or elevating your pancake experience.

Dark Maple Syrup - Robust Taste

Produced later in the season, this syrup has a caramelized, more pronounced maple flavor that is a bit strong for pancakes, but perfect for cooking. Try adding this syrup to barbecue sauce or using it to make glazed carrots.

Very Dark Maple Syrup - Strong Taste

Maple syrup made from sap gathered at the very end of the season has a very strong maple taste that is a great substitute for molasses in both sweet and savory recipes.
