These local Dry Sea Scallops are rich and buttery with a firm texture. Seared, Broiled, or in a stew, North Atlantic Sea Scallops are New England's most popular seafood.
Promptly frozen to preserve nutritional content and delicate flavor.
Vacuum sealed in 16 ounce portions.
Timeline: wild caught, packed in ice on board, vacuum-sealed on the pier, and flash frozen all in the same morning. We then have it back to the Berkshires that afternoon.

For our inland based habitat and in our current world where microplastics are being found in nearly every corner of the globe, including in fish living at depths so deep light cannot be found, we feel strongly that eating high quality seafood is far better than not eating it. The risk:reward is significantly in favor of fish consumption.
We believe frozen seafood, when not left too long before freezing, is a tremendous value! Not unlike frozen vegetables, fish can also be frozen at it's prime to maximize flavor and nutrient density. The quality, value, and shelf-life of our sea scallops are advantageous, particularly in these leaner times.
