Pure Maple Syrup tapped every spring right here in the Berkshires. We know our farmers and have collaborated with Holiday Brook Farm in Dalton, Mass. to bring you this exceptional maple syrup. No chemicals have ever been used on the trees or in the processing of sap-to-syrup. We bottle this in glass because we are working towards a plastic-free life for optimal health and well being.
Nature gives nuances to maple. Early in spring, the syrup is generally clear with a light sweetness. As the season progresses, it gets darker and more caramelized. This is why maple syrup is classified by color and flavor.
Golden Maple Syrup, Delicate Taste
This maple syrup comes from sap harvested at the very start of sugaring season. You will notice a light golden hue and mild, delicate flavour. Wonderful on yogourt and ice cream.
